Peanut Butter Balls
• Mix 2 servings of PB2 (powdered peanut butter found at your local health market)
• 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
• Sugar free sweetener of your choice (the crystals work best, add to your taste)
• Add 2 TBLS water. Mix until it dough like. Be patient, keep mixing, may add a few drops of water(not too much).
• Roll into a ball & place in refrigerator

Banana Oat Cookies

– 2 mashed bananas & 1 cup oats

– spray cookie sheet with PAM, bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Optional add in: cinnamon, nuts or if you really must chocolate chips.  Recipe found on Pinterest & it’s excellent!

Liz Kampschroeder‘s Pumpkin Cupcakes

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (or spice cake for a pumpkin bread taste!)
  • 1 can pumpkin-mix together and divide into muffin tins.
  • Sprinkle with mini or regular chocolate chips.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 50-75 calories per cupcake (depending on amount of chips you use on each cupcake.)

What you will need: Pillsbury Sugar Free Fudge Brownie mix, 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt & a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

Mix together & spoon 12 servings about 2 inches apart onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet.  Press down because they will not spread while baking.  Bake 8-10 minutes at 350.  Let completely cool before removing from wax paper!

Fruit Snacks

-Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

-Cut thin slices of bananas and small pieces of strawberries.

-Bake on 210° for 3 hours. Delicious!
